A. DEFINITION.
For
creating an inclusive school, we must ensure are able to take part , actively,
in the knowledge learning. To have an inclusive school we try to harmonize
technical, human and critical aspects. Like this we can solve students needs.
B. PRINCIPLES.
· -Establish working groups about inclusive education.
· -Respect and protect students rights.
· -Build a school based on the needs of the environment.
· -Detect problems and find them a solution.
· -Try to build open, sensible and permeable centers
with the necessities required.
· -Contribute with support for helping every student.

-Attends teachers’ needs.
C. FIX MEASURES TO ORGANIZE A CENTER.
· -Everyone must have the right to have access to a good
education.
· -Provide and equitative access to knowledge.

-Respect diversity.
· -Be warn of possible conflicts.

-Reinforce institutional bounds.
D. TEACHER´S ORGANIZATION.
· -Teachers must get involved in a inclusive education.
· -They must teach them how to interact with their
environment.
· -They have to coordinate with their workmates,
parents, and students.
· -Teach students the value of independence.

-Create respect and proximity.
E. STUDENT´S ORGANIZATION.
In
inclusive centers is very important that the students work together in teams
were the more advances kids takes the teacher´s role.
· -Students work and learn in teams (flexible groups).
In this teams the student more advanced takes the role of the teacher.
· -Establish students councils where students are able
to expose their opinions about school’s topics.
-Students can choose how to learn, they can lead their own learning.

· -They must work actively.
· -Have a cultural diversity.
· -Socialise making them be part of the society.
The Educative project:
The educative project is a document with:

Statements about educational approaches:

§ Institucional
objectives.
§ Organization
chart.
· The PEC must be a constitutive framework of principles
that answers questions such as:
§ About us? (Principles of identity).
Our school is based in a education in values as well as formative, quality of teaching is the final goal of our institution.
§ What we want? (General objectives to achieve).
We need to acknowledge all kind of intellectual development and capacity of each individual, the background of the student is different and has to he and has to be analyzed individually.
§ Where we are? (Analysis of context).
Our school is ubicated in an school in a regular place in the locality of guadalajara, Spain, it is a public school and because of the position in the neighborhood we are going to find people of medium and low income. Every family must be evaluate individually and we must adapt to each circumstance not all families are going to be equally involucated with the curriculum.
§ How are we going to organize to get it?
Education of the teacher and parents are also very important to to put in action the educational project. Each teacher must know how to implant the curriculum but also how explain the roles and expread the information, also it has to adapt and evaluate how it is working to make possible changes.
§ Who develops it and approves it?
The teacher team, direction team, Parents and students
For achieving this we must:
· Make publicity of our educative project.
· Make sure everyone (students, teachers, parents…) know
our educative project.
· Define a line of action for us to have references of
what we want to achieve.
· Make constants revisions of the educative project.
